Sunbelt Asia is part of the world's largest
business transfer specialist company, Sunbelt, which was
formed in 1979 in the U.S.A. Starting out as a single office
in Charleston, South Carolina; the Sunbelt Network has
grown dramatically to become Internationally renowned,
with over 389 offices located throughout the world. We
are a member of the International Business Brokers Association,
the Institute of Certified Business Counselors and the
American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. We act as Independent
Business Transaction Intermediaries, serving both buyers
and sellers, and we specialize in mergers and acquisitions
in the small to mid-market area, in Thailand and internationally.
We also work with franchises looking to expand to Asia,
and help to develop franchises for local Thai firms.

Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 1 year experience in Law Advice, Company
Registration, Work permit and Visa registration
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
The right candidate
should be able to work independently as well as in
a team, have good presentation skills and be willing
to work hard. In exchange, we offer a high remuneration
